This project involved the extension and conversion of a former assisted home dwelling into five bespoke luxury homes, each uniquely designed for modern living. Situated on the outskirts of Holywell in a semi-rural location, the properties feature stunning panoramic views of the Dee Estuary.

The scheme included comprehensive planning, design, and development services, ensuring every detail was tailored to maximise the potential of the site. All five homes have been successfully sold, reflecting the quality and appeal of the completed project. Further collaborations with the client are already in progress.
